Surge finally got hit with some nerfs in nulls brawl. Reducing his Hypercharge range and dropping the damage definitely tones down his late game team wipes.He is still strong, but it doesn't feel completely hopeless when he reaches stage four now. Do you think he needs more nerfs or is he balanced now?
