Thus, this evaluative level aims to objectively measure the practical results of a training program and how much it impacted the work routines of employees who participated in these educational activities. This analysis covers how these employees applied the acquired knowledge and whether there was actually a change in their behavior. Through targeted methodologies, the T&D team is able to observe the before and after, the significant changes and – mainly – that occurred due to the training.
