A friend of the woman who claims she was raped by Patrick Kane has been subpoenaed to appear before a grand jury as thepoliceinvestigation of the Blackhawks star progre ses, . The female friend, who is said to have accompaniedthe accuser to Kane's suburban house the night of the alleged incident, will meet with the grand jury Sept. 8.
