Unraveling the secrets of a special Customer Journey and creating a Seamless Experience for Luxury Brands. Continuing from the article Experiential Marketing I would like to expand the picture to show the design of the Customer Journey in both Physical / Digital and Leading. Let's come together to create a Seamless Experience for customers, including taking a look at the case of modern retail. If we look back to the period 2015 - 2017, many stores have merged a lot more. Until people often like to say that 'Retail is Dead' because E-Commerce has played a huge role. And it was a very booming trend during that time. It allows people to buy things without having to come to the store anymore.
